Selling more means earning more. More and more retailers are therefore giving their staff extra pay, on top of their wages. This trend is coming over from the United States, reports NOS. There are no figures yet on the number of retailers working with commissions. But both INretail, the unions and professor Willem Verbeke of Erasmus University confirm this picture.
